Warmth from the sun

On my skin so bare

Beauty everywhere
As far as one can see
Mountains
Sandy drifts abound

Even into the night
A devils playground
When it cools
It is still hot & succulent

Alive in the Sun
Free in the dark of night
Wrapped up in those arms
Passion as tall as the palms

Sand between my toes
Sun beating down
Shade comforts
Everywhere I see unique life

This is where I call home
Happiness in all the vastness
So much here to see, to take in
A seductive desert mistress

An essential landscape
A holy place to find peace
