Tragedy strikes from out of nowhere
Sadness comes upon us all
At one time or another
We all face a loss
And so it goes

Joy finds us again
Happiness abounds
Our hearts filled with passion
Fun seems to be all around
And so it goes

How possible is it
That joy will find us again
How does life go on
When depression or sadness surrounds
And so it goes

Letting go of it all
Allowing life to just unfold
As it will of its own accord
We try to stop it & control it
And so it goes

Somehow when we mature
We figure it out
We can only control ourselves
That is the only way we grow
Yes, and so it goes...again
