NEW STRENGTH

Unrelenting the strain is
A pain deep inside
Aching so much
Now giving in to what is

Healing not so far behind
Hasten unto this plane in this day
Making whole that which feels so fragmented
Needing peace, quiet and calm

Space for rest and quite thoughts
Healing on many levels
It so has begun
Letting go of that which no longer works

Embracing the moment
Remembering the calm that came before
Hoping to be restored
A rush for harmony is sought

This healing can not be bought
Only through time and letting go
Does one find the soul becoming whole
Again and always it shall be
A breaking, a healing a new strength there shall be
