A man of such courage
On guard for his country
Made of steel yet with love
Now protecting from above
An enormous presence
Seeing his friends through
Being strong for so many
Leading a life so extraordinary
Going beyond duty and honor
With compassion so brave & true
His life each day such a gift to all
Now a guardian with a greater call
A man of integrity & loyalty too
Giving of himself so unselfishly
Sacrifices so many never knew
Truly a hero through & through
To live a life filled with appreciation
To have served the noblest cause
An exceptional man who gave so much
Now this Marine Angel looks after all of us
To those who knew him they were blessed
So many more inspired and greatly impressed
Though gone from us now physically here no more
